BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT

The Auvergne region has provided specially developed locations for the business community.

In the Information Technology sector, there is Pascalis, the Information and Communication Technology Cluster, in Clermont-Ferrand. This comprises a business start-up centre and business accommodation which currently houses 24 companies with over 80 staff. There are also two companies, Cap Gemini and Numtech, which employ almost 500 people.
